This fully remote position is open to candidates anywhere in the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the onboarding of new program administratorsSupport ongoing operational tasks and services from MGAs, TPAs, and clientsManage day-to-day activities of MGA/client relationshipsLead development and efficiency initiatives while addressing needs across internal teams including Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, CAT, and ClaimsEnsure proper systems, processes, and controls are in place and optimizedAssist in producing reports including monthly/quarterly/annual reports, data calls, and documentation for auditsSkills & ExperienceExperience designing and evaluating controls within surplus lines and admitted business environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven experience managing and interpreting large and complex data setsSolid P&C industry knowledge—including underwriting processes and insurance company operationsTech-savvy with a clear understanding of data and systems architectureCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 Work Environment: Fully remote within the United States Additional competitive benefits included (inquire for details)Interested in working from home?
