Property Assistant - Vancouver Housing Authority : Job Details

Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Property Assistant to help us deliver safe, affordable housing to our community. At the VHA we work closely with local governments and other community partners throughout Clark County to address issues of affordable housing and homelessness and help families break the cycle of poverty. We provide affordable housing and housing assistance to low-income residents in Clark County. The Property Assistant provides office and clerical support to assigned Property Manager. Includes assistance with waiting lists, leasing, HUD and tax credit tenant certifications, maintenance and grounds scheduling, work order tracking, file management and other related duties.
