Job Opening: Property AdministratorLocation: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Type: Contract (3-6 months minimum, with potential for extension) Pay: $25/hr Are you an organized, proactive professional with a background in commercial real estate or administrative support? A prominent and growing real estate organization in Raleigh is seeking a Property Management Assistant to provide critical support to a high-performing team managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. This is a fully onsite role in a modern, collaborative office environment located near restaurants and shopping. The team is known for its supportive culture and dedication to excellence in property operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update tenant/vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Track and manage service contracts and vendor information sheets
  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of critical calendars (e.g., fire/life safety inspections)
  • Handle incoming mail and support invoice processing
  • Provide general administrative support to property management staff across a 10M+ sq. ft. portfolio
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in commercial real estate, either in an administrative or assistant property management capacity
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment and offering help proactively
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for sorting and reporting)
  • Familiarity with property management software such as MRI or Yardi is a plus
