Property Administrator (Contract – Full-Time)
Location: Denver Tech Center – Split between 7601 Technology Way and new site off I-25 & Inverness
Compensation: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, In-Office (Split between two nearby properties)
Contract Type: Indefinite contract; potential for contract-to-hire

A leading commercial real estate services firm is seeking a professional and proactive Property Administrator to support operations at two Class A office properties in the Denver Tech Center. This is an urgent, high-visibility role offering a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
Role Overview:
The Property Administrator will serve as the onsite administrative lead across two properties, supporting the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. You will play a critical role in daily operations, vendor coordination, and tenant services. This role requires a polished, independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage and respond to email communications promptly
- Draft tenant communications and keep contact lists updated
- Fulfill access card and clearance requests for vendors
- Track and file Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Order office and janitorial supplies as needed
- File leases, compliance documents, and construction contracts
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Generate expense reports and assist with document organization
Tenant Relations
- Coordinate and plan tenant appreciation events
- Respond to tenant work orders and issues in a timely manner
- Provide high-level customer service in all tenant interactions
Operations & Life Safety
- Act as the point of contact for janitorial and security teams
- Assist with coordinating safety drills and emergency procedures
- Track vendor contracts and ensure Class A operational standards are met
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior administrative experience (real estate or property management a plus)
- Highly professional appearance and demeanor – this role is tenant-facing
- Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must pass a drug test
- No visible tattoos or facial piercings (business professional dress code required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
- Experience planning events or supporting tenant engagement activities
