Job Description :

A well-established commercial real estate team is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial building in the Twin Cities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with tenants and vendors, and has a strong grasp of administrative processes in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and building policies.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance follow-ups.
  • Support suite turnover and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records and suggest contract updates.
  • Communicate suite changes to service providers for billing accuracy.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests.
  • Review security reports and initiate necessary actions.
  • Prepare move-in/move-out documentation and ensure readiness.
  • Manage tenant files and update internal databases.
  • Process signage requests and changes.
  • Assist with property management reporting and correspondence.
  • Handle access card requests and security audits.
  • Coordinate tenant events and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly rent statements.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and follow safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
