Job Description Client in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Property Administrator to work onsite Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA Remote or In Office: In Office Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Parking Details: parking is provided Job Title: Property Administrator Pay: $21/hr Duration: temp-to-hire About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our client's commercial property management team in DTLA. This fully onsite role is essential to the smooth operation of their properties and supports the Property Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the property management industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the Property Manager and assist with daily operations of the property portfolio. Collaborate with internal departments including Leasing, Accounting, and Resident Services to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease documents, and vendor contracts. Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts. Generate and maintain reports using Yardi and Microsoft Excel to support property performance tracking and budgeting. Coordinate vendor services, inspections, and maintenance requests. Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Support lease administration including abstracting leases and tracking critical dates. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations. Qualifications Required: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field. Proficiency in Yardi property management software. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data entry). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
