If you enjoy being part of something special, then bring your energy and come grow with us!SummaryThe Project Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of both project management and field service operations. This role combines strategic oversight of project delivery, ensuring successful commissioning of systems, meeting client needs, maintaining high standards of quality, and completing tasks on time and within budget. The Project Services Manager will work closely with project managers, internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive revenue, streamline processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain efficiency across all aspects of project and service delivery. This position, when possible, will also work closely with the Sales Team prior to receiving (and accepting) a purchase order to ensure everything is clear and concise. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, follow proper procedures, and promote open communication in line with Magnum Systems' strategic initiatives. QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in project management within a manufacturing and/or a systems integration environment
  • Minimum of 8 years in a relevant leadership role
Preferred
  • Experience in packaging, pneumatic or systems integrations environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project

Travel RequirementsExpected travel is 25% - 50%, could be as much as 75% - 80% of the time. Out-of-area (between locations or multiple project sites) and overnight travel should be expected. Willingness to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.Supervisory Requirements
