We're looking for a highly skilled Site Scheduler / Field Planner with deep experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (ME&I) planning to join a major industrial construction project in Nederland, TX. In this role, you'll be the driving force that keeps the project on time, on track, and in sync across all stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Own all site-level scheduling & progress tracking for ME&I works from groundbreaking to commissioning.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress; detect risks early and recommend solutions.
• Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) & Earned Value Management (EVM) to protect project delivery.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure subcontractor performance and site productivity.
• Review subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with the master schedule and contractual milestones.
• Track material deliveries, mobilization dates, and commissioning readiness.
• Support pre-commissioning, handovers, and punch list closure.
• Build clear, visual dashboards and reports—Power BI experience is a plus!
• Maintain accurate as-built records and updates in Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Collaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.

What You Bring:

✅ 8–12 years of site-based planning experience in large-scale industrial or plant projects.

✅ Proven ME&I expertise with commissioning exposure.

✅ Advanced Primavera P6 skills and strong CPM/EVM knowledge.

✅ Power BI or other visual reporting experience.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization best practices.

✅ Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.

✅ Ability to interpret complex schedule & cost data to support leadership decisions.

✅ Flexible to adapt to changing site conditions, including occasional overtime.

Preferred: Experience in subcontractor audits, delivery tracking, and commissioning support.
