Stantec is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Scheduler with 45 years of experience in Life Sciences projects (pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project scheduling principles and tools, with a proven ability to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules to support project delivery. This position will be a client site-based role in Devens, MA.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation activities. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather input and update schedule progress. Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and what-if scenario planning to optimize schedule performance. Monitor schedule variances and support the development of recovery plans when needed. Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and look-ahead to project teams and leadership. Ensure alignment of schedules with project milestones, deliverables, and contractual requirements. Integrate schedules with project controls systems including cost tracking and change management. Participate in schedule risk analysis and forecasting.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required; experience with MS Project or other scheduling tools is a plus. Solid understanding of project controls, earned value management (EVM), and scheduling best practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with GMP regulations, FDA standards, and validation protocols. Experience supporting capital projects or facility upgrades in regulated environments. Understanding of risk-based scheduling and project lifecycle in Life Sciences industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in project scheduling, with a strong background in Life Science (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, etc.) /construction projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) is highly desired.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
