Position Summary The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed construction schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of renewable energy projects. The Scheduler will work closely with project managers, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to plan and coordinate project activities using industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to define project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
• Monitor project progress and perform schedule variance analysis and impact assessments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, look-aheads, and schedule performance metrics for internal and client reporting.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain resource-loaded schedules and identify resource constraints or overallocations.
• Integrate procurement, engineering, and permitting timelines into overall project schedules.
• Participate in regular progress meetings and provide input on schedule implications of changes, delays, and acceleration efforts.
• Ensure schedule compliance with project contract requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in project scheduling for construction, with at least 2 years in renewable energy (preferred).
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 (required), MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects including utility-scale solar, wind farms, or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrated project controls systems.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and scheduling clauses (e.g., delay claims, extensions).
• PMP, PSP, or AACE certification (a plus).
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (a plus).
