Job title: Planner/Scheduler III

Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)

Location: Duluth, MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote weekly)

We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support complex, multi-year, $50MM+ midstream Oil & Gas projects. You'll own the development, detailing, and maintenance of owner-side project schedules, collaborating closely with project stakeholders, cost controllers, and field teams.

✅ Min 7 years' experience in project scheduling

✅ Expert-level Primavera P6

✅ Strong understanding of earned value management, WBS, and schedule variance reporting

✅ Experience with facilities scope in Oil & Gas preferred
