Overview: This exciting role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive project schedules for the TTWCS program using Microsoft Project. You will play a crucial role in ensuring tasks are correctly sequenced and that all interdependencies are clearly identified. As the Project Schedule Analyst, you will collaborate with project leads, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather status updates, monitor progress, and provide insightful reports on the health of project schedules. Your proactive approach to risk management will be instrumental in identifying potential risks that may impact timelines and documenting them for team and leadership awareness.

Clearance: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in building and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project for creating, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for providing updates and coordinating effectively across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed TTWCS project schedules using Microsoft Project software and work closely with project leads to ensure tasks are correctly sequenced.
- Track project progress against the established schedules and communicate potential delays promptly.
- Provide regular updates to project leads and technical leads regarding project status and schedule adjustments, while engaging task owners for completion percentages and status updates.
- Collaborate with project leads, technical leads, and team members to ensure coordination of tasks.
- Identify potential risks that could affect project timelines and work to document those risks appropriately.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of scheduling experience, particularly in large multi-task projects.
- Experience supporting DoD programs or working within the defense contracting environment.
- Familiarity with risk management practices and tools such as risk registers and mitigation planning.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles or exposure to formal project management frameworks.
- Ability to clearly translate complex schedules into concise reports or briefing slides.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical leads, project managers, and task owners.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Compensation: Compensation at SimVentions is determined based on various factors including experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, and skills. The projected annual compensation range for this position is $66,100.00 - $96,540.00 (USD), which is part of a comprehensive total compensation package.
