  • Support Incident Response: Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and full incident reporting.
  • Partner in Planning: Work closely with the Project Safety Manager and project team to align fieldwork with safety expectations.
  • Champion the Culture: Promote accountability, good housekeeping, and a safety-first mindset every day.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

  • 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (required); CHST, CSST, or CSP strongly preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of excavation, cranes/rigging, fall protection, confined space, and site-specific hazards.
  • Strong communication and leadership presence in the field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (preferred).
  • A valid driver's license and ability to be physically active on job sites.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary $80,000 – $110,000 DOE
  • Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
  • A company culture that empowers, supports, and recognizes field talent
