12-month contract with the option to go internal

LOCATION:

Chillicothe, IL

JOB SUMMARY FOR PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER (NON-IT 3):

• Seeking a Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 3 for a manufacturing client based out of Chillicothe, IL.
• Onsite 5 days/week, M-F, CST, Full Time, 8 am - 5 pm
• Pay Range: $44.66 - $50.86/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER (NON-IT 3):

• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit, assign, direct, evaluate staff work, and oversee staff development.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Consult with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Candidates with a master's degree or PhD will be considered if they have at least 5 years' experience.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effective manufacturing and distribution.
• Knowledge of business management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems.
