Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This 100% onsite role requires coordination with technical leads, driving action items, and managing project plans using MS Project and Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals
• Work closely with technical leads to manage MSP plans or DevOps workflows
• Drive action items and follow up on project deliverables
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders
• Understand and apply Scrum principles in project coordination

Years of Experience and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Looking for local candidates only
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management / coordination

Skills Required

• MS Project and Azure (MUST)
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (BOTH required) and scrum
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with technical teams and managing project plans
• Ability to influence others
• Relationship building
