Project/ Process Engineer jdd - Argus Technical : Job Details

It is the responsibility of this position to assist the Quality and Engineering Departments with customer specifications and problem-solving. Perform duties within the parameters outlined in the WPC quality system.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Responsibilities:1. Interpret engineering drawings, sketches or diagrams.2. Develop or implement programs to address problems related to production or quality.3. Oversee or inspect production processes.4. conduct studies to identify opportunities to improve all dimensional non-conformances.5. Analyze operational, production, economics, or other data, using statistical procedures.6. Interact with customers to determine their product needs to ensure these areas are integrated into WPC's systems.7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.8. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.9. Learn, observe, and apply WPC's safety/quality policies. You must safely perform all duties at all times. Must observe quality processes throughout all phases of operations.10. Other duties as assigned by management.AUTHORITY: 1. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system. 2. Identify and record any problems relating to product, process and quality system. 3. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. 4. Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.Job Qualifications:Prior experience with Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, and Process Improvement. Candidate must have strong written communication skills, be extremely detail oriented and be able to interpret technical drawings and models.‍
