NOTES from the Hiring Manager:

  • This person would be working directly with the Hiring Manager.
  • Accounting background/ expenses exp/ financial background would be key for this role.
  • Will be meeting different departments, understand operational side of compensation, leverage resources as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills. Self-starter.
  • connect with different business users/stakeholders, on the business side for any projects.
  • Basic knowledge on SQL or how access databases might work. with Excel skills.
  • ThoughtSpot tool- good to have.
  • This is a long-term project with potential for extension or conversion based on attendance, performance and availability of a Full-time opening.
  • Only local candidates will be considered. The role requires working onsite 3-4 days per week depending on project needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines.

• Arrange stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities.

• Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans.

• Prepare project deliverables using a variety of software, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet, to create PowerPoints, videos, and reports.

• Support SIT, UAT, and PAR testing for assigned workstreams.

• Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities.

Known Tasks to Be Assigned:

• Assist in APS Project Initiatives.

• Own the expense processing workstream, including stakeholder identification, accounting entry documentation, and coordination of updates.

• Ensure expense-related data conversion aligns with changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Coordinate milestones for the assigned workstream and tasks to ensure successful deployment planning.

• Gather and complete Phase 2 business requirements.

• Support deployment, data comparison, and data validation workstreams as a utility player.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in compensation operations.

• Understanding of financials, payables, and expenses.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and complex teams.

• Proficiency in complex math equations.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

• Ability to execute communication and project plans effectively.

• Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering.

• Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with global stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and hold self and others accountable.

• Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.

• Detail-oriented with consistent results delivery.

• Sound decision-making skills, especially with sensitive data.

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
