STV Job Opening: Project Officer - Construction Management
STV currently has an opening for a Project Officer in the Construction Management group in NYC.
The Project Officer reports to a Senior Project Officer and performs a broad range of supportive and technical school construction tasks of varying difficulty within the Construction Management Department.
II. Duties and Responsibilities:
Review documents submitted for City-required building and other permits for completeness and accuracy.Support permit applicants in completing filing procedures with various City agencies.Deliver documents to various city agencies for data entry, review, and approval.Work closely with Plan Examiners to review documents for City Building Code compliance.Research existing building status from City records at various agencies.Perform related tasks as assigned.III. Minimum Requirements:
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution related to construction management, architecture, or engineering, orMinimum of 6 years of industry experience.Combination of education and experience considered.Working knowledge of computer software such as Excel and Word.Compensation Range:
$66,768.17 - $89,024.22
