The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches andmentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for guiding thedevelopment/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective,development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying,understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.a. Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or universitywith a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ yearsexperience.b. Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP)Certification and CE/OS Certification.c. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.d. 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle oflarge- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholderse. Experience defining requirements and writing user storiesf. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: UserStories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, andAutomated Testing.
