Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Design team. Experience leading projects in water and wastewater, conveyance, pump stations, lift stations, storage tanks, and treatment processing is preferred. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

• Manage the design and delivery of projects profitably
• Oversee technical aspects of projects
• Supervise engineers and technical support staff
• Develop work plans, budgets, and deploy resources
• Review business metrics such as utilization and receivables
• Coordinate schedules of multiple projects
• Track milestones for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Handle project accounting and invoicing
• Implement QA/QC procedures
• Participate in bidding, construction observation, review submittals and RFIs
• Resolve design and construction issues
• Represent clients in meetings with agencies
• Write proposals and lead interviews
• Mentor and train staff
• Build relationships with clients and partners
• Lead business development activities
• Ensure company values and policies are followed
• Lead by example with professionalism and integrity

• Outgoing, friendly, approachable
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective staff management
• Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
• Proven project profitability management
• Understanding of delivery methods
• Extensive knowledge of conveyance, treatment, and storage designs

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months
• 7+ years as a Project Engineer or equivalent
