We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Engineer to collaborate with our team, guide project delivery in Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas, and ensure project success.

• Lead project delivery, including contract development, oversight of consultants and contractors, construction activities, and mentoring project engineers.
• Support client service and sales efforts to secure new work by developing solutions and strengthening relationships.
• Manage teams throughout project phases to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership with integrity, supporting Jacobs' culture of caring.

Collaboration and in-person interactions are vital. Our hybrid work policy allows employees to split their week between office and remote work to deliver their best.

• Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years managing water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience in wastewater, water, operations, maintenance consulting, or related services.
• Knowledge of project delivery tools, metrics, and leading project teams successfully.
• Excellent communication, self-motivation, collaboration, data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Project management, staff management, and business development experience.

• Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in water or wastewater infrastructure design.
• Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain one.
