Project manager v - Randstad : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a seasoned background in Fixed Income operations, particularly within U.S. Treasury and Repo markets and/or T+1 settlement. The ideal candidate will have transitioned from operations into project management, bringing a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and the ability to execute projects that have significant business impact. salary: $89.35 - $89.36 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert in identifying and resolving reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and settlement processes.
• Develop and implement strategic solutions to address underlying causes of financial variances, enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating risks.
• Oversee year-long projects, managing deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution aligned with business objectives.
• Design and coordinate comprehensive test scenarios across multiple systems (System A to B to C), validating connectivity and ensuring expected outcomes. Document testing processes meticulously.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, bridging day-to-day functions with project initiatives. Ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
• Work closely with the static data team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with business needs.
• Plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and / or enterprise strategies.
