Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience with large programs, including schedule and cost tracking, reporting, and customer communication
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Experience in training and testing program design and execution, resource management, and technical presentation skills
