What's Involved In This Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager Strategic Operations in Appleton, WI. The Project Manager leads project teams for multiple projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables. They ensure projects align with business needs and strategy, adding value by prioritizing projects and communicating with stakeholders, including oversight committees and the VRO.

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including cross-functional startup
• Manage internal and external resources and third-party vendors
• Provide vision and direction to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, collaborating with engineering
• Participate in strategic operations meetings to escalate risks or constraints
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple lines of business
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business plans
• Communicate regularly with project leaders and stakeholders about project status and issues
• Work with engineering to develop budgets and obtain approval
• Create and document system setups and project success strategies
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience
• PMP Certification preferred
