• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Project Management or similar discipline.
• Coordinate and supervise complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation of building plans and designs.
• Supervise and review specifications and drawings as submitted by Assistant Architects and design personnel.
• Review technical work of consultants.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Confer with client agencies and contractors.
• Supervise consultant work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proficient computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
• Assist Regional Assistant Director with duties related to overseeing multiple regions.
• Must have a strong computer background.
• Must be available for NYS travel.
