Job Description As the Project Manager you will:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
- Conduct regular site visits and lead OAC and subcontractor meetings
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
- Utilize Procore for project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks, scope gaps, and schedule delays
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with superintendents and internal staff
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld across all phases of work

The Successful Applicant The successful Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- General Contractor experience
- Project background in public & private work
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
- Strong literacy of MS Word and Excel
- Working understanding of Timberline/Sage software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
