This role is critical in overseeing day-to-day operations on job sites, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring our projects reflect the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship—while reinforcing our position as a trusted leader in construction services.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager holds overall accountability for the successful execution of assigned projects. This role involves defining project objectives, developing comprehensive plans, setting performance benchmarks, and selecting and coordinating project participants. The Project Manager ensures optimal use of resources—including labor, materials, and equipment—while securing cost-effective procurement without compromising quality or safety. Effective collaboration with both the project team and field personnel is essential, along with fostering strong communication channels and proactive problem-solving strategies to address challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.

·Understanding project objectives, selecting project participants, and identifying partners/buyout

·Create the project teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities

·Project accounting functions include managing the budget, tracking of team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.

·Ensure project meets/exceeds project profitability goals.

·Work with the site team to prepare various reports to successfully manage the project, such as: monthly financial reports, progress analysis/schedules, billings, safety loss analyses and status reports.

·Ensure requests for pricing for changed in the work are issued to receive prices from subcontractors in a timely fashion.

·Issue appropriate change orders to customers and subcontractors.

·Lead project team to project schedule success. Create and authenticate project schedule to ensure that construction activities are accurately planned and procured.

·Devise the project work plans and make revisions as the need arises.

·Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

·Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.

·Monitor and document the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.

·Generate meeting minutes and action items for all respective subcontractor and owner project meetings, preconference meetings, status meetings, or other related meetings.

·Weekly progress photographing and documentation.

·Ensure project documents are complete.

·Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

·Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverables prepared by the team before passing them on to the client.

·Implement the timeliness of procurement, submittal process, and critical path.

·Attend company and industry events including meetings, trainings, workshops, etc.

Education and Experience:

·Minimum of five years experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role.

·Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.

·Candidates must understand the construction industry, job safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades, sequence of work, problem solving, strong leadership skills, and be able to utilize relevant technology and read specifications and plans.
