Location: Lower Manhattan, NYCContract: PermanentSalary: $80,000 to $110,000 annually D.O.EJob Description:Our client is a General Contractor and Construction Management firm based in Lower Manhattan, NYC who specialise in residential ground up and interior renovation projects.They are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in the residential field including ground-up luxury, interior fit-out and high-end renovations for residential projects in NYC. The individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at once.The requirements of the role are:

• 2-5 years of experience working on residential projects.
• Manage subcontractors, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Work closely with clients and design teams using design-build and design-assist approaches.
• Ensure job site safety, quality control, and project efficiency.
