Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful?
- Solid project management skills for energy efficiency projects involving multiple building systems.
- Knowledge of energy consuming systems commonly found in multifamily buildings, including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technologies, and building envelope.
- Knowledge of electrification measures for existing multifamily buildings, specifically for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, domestic hot water, appliances, ventilation, and buidling envelope measures.
- Must be an experienced Microsoft Excel user, familiar with formulas, and data analysis.
Certifications and qualifications, including education/degree Required:
- A Bachelor's degree, particularly in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, marketing or related field
IT systems that will be used
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Software and tools used in the Multifamily Performance Program & Low Carbon Pathways:
- Client CRIS project management database
- Program specific Excel tools used for the management, such as the SnapShot tool, SAV-IT tool, and Workscope Tools
- NEIS financial and contract management platform
- Sharepoint, and Jot Form.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Tasks Day to day work will include, but not be limited to:
- Support the Project Managers with daily operation of multifamily program(s).
Assist with Pipeline Management of multifamily building projects including, but not limited to:
- Field program inquiry calls
- Process project applications
- Organize and conduct telephone scoping sessions where project requirements and roles are covered
- Review project submittals
- Create and manage contracts and suppliers in NEIS, and
- Manage general program email inbox.
- Continuous improvement of processes for existing program(s).
- Managing projects for a small Pilot (~12 projects) being launched within the LCP program.
- Resolve issues which may arise regarding projects with applicants or consultants.
- Input and Manage Program Databases (Including CRIS).
- Work with other Staff Augmentation personnel to ensure that projects are completed successfully and in compliance with program rules and policies.
