The Opportunity

We seek a driven, structured, and dependable PM to manage U.S. site execution. You'll coordinate with our global teams, overseeing receipt inspections, installation, commissioning, and possibly qualification of Brinox equipment.

Reporting structure: Functionally, you report to the European PM. For U.S. operations, you report directly to the President, US Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Own timelines, budgets, and communications for multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Train on systems during FAT in Slovenia (European Union).
  • Coordinate receiving, installation, commissioning, and qualification in U.S. sites.
  • Act as central contact for customers, internal teams, and local partners.
  • Align scope, risks, and responsibilities across stakeholders.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of future PM team members.
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen Brinox USA's operational foundation.

Travel: Domestic 1–2x/month; International 2–3x/year.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related.
  • 5+ years project management in pharma/biopharma or another regulated industry.
  • Proven full project lifecycle leadership.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • GMP knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
