Join Crothall Healthcare as a Project Manager, Patient Transport and oversee operations across the Central/South Central US with 100% travel. This role involves managing start-up plans, developing staffing strategies, supporting system implementations, and ensuring quality service delivery within healthcare transport services.

Salary: $85,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new account start-ups and develop comprehensive start-up plans.
• Coordinate resources and logistics for account launches.
• Manage budgets for new accounts.
• Support the implementation of Crothall's Patient Transport program.
• Utilize internal software tools proficiently for patient transport operations.
• Analyze facility data to develop staffing models and evaluate equipment needs.
• Perform time studies and develop projections for transport metrics.
• Identify quality and service issues and develop corrective strategies.
• Conduct operations audits and troubleshoot account issues.
• Provide training and support to on-site management teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of director-level experience in patient transport, with high customer interaction.
• Effective communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
