Project Manager of Data & Systems, Leadership Development Remote Summary: The People Development team at our company plays a critical role in ensuring our employees have the tools and learning opportunities to multiply their impact at work and continually grow themselves as individuals, managers, and leaders. To support this work, we are hiring a contract role to help manage the many systems and all of the data we use to drive our work. This role will manage multiple projects and work with a global team to drive strategic and coordinated data systems. This person will understand the needs of a variety of stakeholders, understand the opportunities and limitations of our systems, define opportunities to improve, and provide many types of data for a wide variety of needs; they will proactively seek information they need to generate solutions and use judgment for when/how to get feedback from various stakeholders.
