Project Manager (Multifamily) - Kansas City, MO job at Libra Search Group. Kansas City, MO.

We're excited to launch a new search on behalf of a mid-size Kansas City based builder focused on multifamily/mixed use projects.

Role Overview

• Can you lead and manage a team of project engineers, APMs and superintendents?
• Can you control time, cost, and quality of a construction project?
• Can you build a project schedule?
• Can you build effective working relationships with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers?

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction (project management/field supervision)
• Multifamily experience is REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree
• Basic knowledge of project management and scheduling software
