Job Description
  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Conduct weekly meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage change orders and financial tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, including ground-up projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards (OSHA), and building codes.
  • Experience overseeing Multi-Family Residential projects from pre-construction through final turnover.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP or OSHA 30 are preferred.
