Project Manager

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a main point of contact and corporate representative for all project stakeholders, including Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors. The PM will oversee the entire project's lifecycle, including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management, and safety, while providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves playing a key part in business development activities such as networking, marketing, proposal preparation, and interviews.

Essential Functions
  • Support throughout proposal and preconstruction processes.
  • Collaborate with estimating and purchasing during procurement/buy-out phases.
  • Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates.
  • Manage project team and staffing requirements.
  • Lead weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings and manage minutes.
  • Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage project financials, including cost reporting, requisitions, and invoice approvals.
  • Forecast budgets and handle change management, including dispute negotiations.
  • Represent Consigli with various stakeholders and be the main contact for owner communication.
  • Mentor staff, evaluate performance, and conduct training.
  • Oversee project controls, material delivery, and meeting reports.
  • Maintain relations with subcontractors and resolve critical issues.
  • Monitor subcontracts and insurance certificates.
  • Work with project scheduler to update project timelines.
  • Complete project closeout and manage punch list and documentation.
  • Coordinate field reports and safety walks.
  • Assist in project pursuits and develop profit opportunities.
  • Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications are preferred.
  • Proficiency in cost management, scheduling, and construction management software (e.g., Timberline, Primavera P6, Procore).
