Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Secure complete set of drawings and spec from GC
• Create schedule, costs, purchase orders and vendor lists
• Work with estimating team when needed

What You Need for this Position

• 3 years of project management experience
• HVAC and/or Plumbing experience highly preferred
