Wilcox & Barton, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Managerwith 5-8 years of experience to join our collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate and mentor cross-functional project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare and review high-quality technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submittals
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Support and occasionally lead fieldwork including site investigations and remediation oversight
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships, and contribute to business development
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-8 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Progress toward or interest in LSP (Licensed Site Professional) certification highly desirable
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong workingknowledge of the MCP (Massachusetts Contingency Plan) and associated guidance
- Familiarity with other regulatory programs (RCRA, CERCLA, NPDES)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
