The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple luxury home construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify quality and progress of work.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and custom home construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with design-build construction methods.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
