Job Description- Manage full lifecycle of ground-up construction projects, from preconstruction to turnover
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Lead budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
- Maintain project schedules, track critical path items, and mitigate delays
- Oversee document control including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with Superintendents to ensure safety and quality standards
- Drive project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant- 5-10 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and permitting process
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Excellent budgeting, communication, and team leadership skills
- A solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience with DOB inspections, environmental compliance, and subcontractor negotiations
