We're hiring a Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Location: Kona, Hawai‘i Island (Big Island)Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Commercial & Residential ConstructionSalary Range: $90K–$120K (based on experience)Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, professional developmentShifts: Standard full-time, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from planning to final handover

  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts for compliance and constructability

  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost forecasting to keep projects on target

  • Lead coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies

  • Ensure top-tier safety standards and adherence to OSHA requirements

  • Build strong relationships with clients and project partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential project management

  • Proficiency with Procore, Sage 300 CRE, and Bluebeam

  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
