Project Manager - Landscaping (office and field work) - Legendary Landscaping : Job Details

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects (in-office and on-site) from beginning to end and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Develop project management strategies and processes for maximum efficiency and profitability
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate with clients to ensure project goals align with their expectations
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding project status and potential roadblocks
• Set project priorities and delegate tasks effectively
• Experience working in the commercial landscape industry, by being able to read blue prints and project backlogs.
• Computer skills and communication skills in English are a must
• Demonstrated ability to design small landscape projects
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is not required, but useful
• Excellent customer service skills, as you will meet face to face with the clients

Requirements

• 3-5 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Stand long periods
• Lift 50 lbs

• Agriculture, Turf-care, Arborist or other landscaping related certificates useful

Salary: $60,000.00 per year
