• Leading the design and execution of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Managing internal teams and coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Providing technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
• Reviewing plans, calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards.
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Navigating permitting processes and maintaining strong relationships with local agencies.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
• Strong background in grading, drainage, water/sewer systems, and site layout.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Familiarity with development regulations and permitting processes in the Front Range.
