About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who excels at delivering high-quality educational and commercial construction and infrastructure projects. You'll lead initiatives from concept through closeout, ensuring exceptional execution, client satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver K–12 school and commercial projects (new construction, renovations, expansions) in Dallas–Fort Worth.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams: architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and district/commercial stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, risk registers, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with K–12 standards, building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Drive alignment through regular progress reports, site meetings, and executive updates.
• Mentor junior PMs, contributing to continuous improvement in PMO processes.
• Promote excellence in quality, safety, workmanship, and client service.
• Collaborate with sales/business development on proposals, budgeting, and risk assessments.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related.
• Experience: 7+ years in PM roles with a proven track record in both K–12 and commercial projects (project sizes $5M–$100M+).
• Certifications: PMP, CCM, or similar preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dallas–Fort Worth permitting, codes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong client relationship orientation and ability to foster trust with school districts and commercial clients.
• Willingness to travel to local project sites (30–50% travel expected).
