Project Manager - Conrad Consulting : Job Details

We are growing and looking to add on a Project Manager!!

As a GC, they specialize in building for the retail, restaurant, healthcare, and storage sectors, so looking for someone with that type of project exposure

• This full-time, hybrid role w the opportunity to work both in our NJ office and remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life
• A background in commercial construction is a must, both ground-up and interior preferred
• areas serviced are Toms River, Point Pleasant, Trenton, Jersey City mainly

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
