Job Title: Project Manager – Membrane Filtration
Reports To: Project Manager Lead
Overview:
The Project Manager oversees and supports all facets of project execution in membrane filtration. This includes ensuring that shops, supervisors, and crews have the right materials, equipment, and information to complete tasks on time—while aligning with customer goals and representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and scope of work
- Review contracts, estimates, proposals, and specifications
- Organize and distribute submittals; maintain clear project communication
- Manage procurement: source vendors, order materials and equipment, track deliveries
- Use ERP to maintain cost sheets and purchasing controls
- Proactively identify and mitigate project challenges
- Support fabrication and installation teams with scheduling, drawings, and documentation
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support change order submission
- Coordinate safety programs with the Safety Manager
- Assist with control functional descriptions and system commissioning
- Lead customer project meetings and punch-list walkthroughs
- Ensure proper project closeout with Accounting, provide final closure deliverables
- Stay alert for future client opportunities
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or a related field
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Travel: Up to 50% required, including potential international travel
