Project Manager - Stony Brook University : Job Details

Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Five (5) years of full-time experience in construction management, budgeting, project development, and/or a related field. Three (3) years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of Building and Fire Codes. Knowledge of and experience working with construction management software. Project Management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have, keep and maintain the appropriate valid NYS Driver's License; have a motor vehicle record which is free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations.
