Project Manager – Full-Time (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This individual will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage special projects assigned by executive leadership and report on progress and risks
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
  • Develop detailed project plans with schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to ensure alignment
  • Identify and address project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate meetings such as project kickoffs, updates, and retrospectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and project-specific requirements
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and applying lessons learned
  • Serve as a liaison across departments and agencies to keep teams in sync
  • Perform quality control to ensure standards are met throughout project development
  • Adapt to new tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solve problems proactively with minimal supervision
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a corporate, enterprise, or healthcare environment
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is a plus
  • Familiarity with change management principles is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred
