This role works closely with brand, IT, and global teams to launch new markets, analyze KPIs, and drive adoption. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate localization and rollout roadmaps with brand and regional leaders.
• Lead market kickoff calls, weekly status updates, and monthly zone reviews.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Liaise between brand teams and global stakeholders to resolve blockers.
• Support device/service activations and manage change requests.

Requirements:Must-Haves:

• Proven project management experience in technology, retail, or consumer product environments.
• Coordination skills across global and local teams.
• Ability to manage rollout timelines, cross-functional communication, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with online and offline customer journeys.
• Organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Beauty Tech or customer-facing retail technology experience.
• Familiarity with change management processes.
