Project Manager - Actalent : Job Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking project milestones and budgets, and effectively communicating with the customer. The role requires an understanding of project management techniques, strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, and competence in the MS Office Suite.

• Support teams as assigned by the program manager to help complete projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Prepare slides and run required meetings.
• Assist with budgeting and scheduling.
• Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project for early resolution.
• Coordinate cross-project activities with customers.
• Assist in preparation of periodic management reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 10+ years as a program or project manager utilizing MS Office and MS Project.
• Exposure to Federal Acquisition Regulation Requirements (FARR) and PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a hybrid position in Burnsville, MN.
