What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee active field projects from start to finish, ensuring each stage meets quality, safety, and client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and consistent updates on project status, milestones, and any changes in scope or requirements.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control processes to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Track project timelines, quickly identifying and resolving delays or issues to keep work on schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Enforce health and safety compliance through established protocols, regular training, and on-site supervision.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and close-out records, to ensure accountability and smooth project evaluation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of civil and tower construction processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Experience in both construction and telecommunications is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in Russian to communicate effectively with crew, vendors, and supervisors.
